The use of any of the Contents or Services of the Website may be done through the prior subscription or registration of the Users, who will be duly identified. 

Through registration, a User identifier is acquired, which will be the chosen mobile phone number and password, which will have been generated by the User themselves during the registration process. This access code will be personal and non-transferable. These data will be requested every time the User wants to access their personal area in order to use the services of the Website, so they will serve as an identification and authentication procedure in the system. The User undertakes not to communicate the access code to third parties. Comparison and information service on financial products and services

The User may access this service by completing the corresponding registration in the ‘How much money do you need?’ tab, through the ‘Simulator’ or any other section which leads the User to complete the application form. For this purpose, it will indicate the amount to be requested and the monthly payments to repay the loan. MILPRESTAMOS offers flexible personal loans that you can repay in 1 month or up to 6 years with a minimum APR of 7% and a maximum of 35%. For example, if you request a loan of €5,000 for 24 months, we will credit €4,825 to your bank account. (€5,000 less management fees). The total amount to be returned will be €5,482.17 with an APR applied of 9.38%.

The User must complete the online registration request through the online questionnaire, so that MILPRESTAMOS can adjust the financial offers to their needs and profile. If any of the questions are not mandatory, it will be indicated on the form, and the User will be able to continue with the Service without having to answer that question. Once the User has answered the questions in the online questionnaire, MILPRESTAMOS will proceed to display, within a maximum period of 60 seconds, all the contracting offers that are available according to the information that the User has expressed in the questionnaire. All prices or rates that appear available will include VAT, taxes and any other expenses and taxes that may be applicable. Any other extra expense derived from its contracting will be indicated clearly and precisely, as long as the provider of the financial product notifies us. 

THE USER MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT THE OFFERS AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS ARE PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY THE LENDING ENTITIES WITH WHICH THE USER WILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO CONTRACT, AND MILPRESTAM HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH CONDITIONS OR OFFERS, NOR PARTICIPATING IN ANY WAY IN THEIR CONTRACTING, EITHER THAT FOR THIS SERVICE, MILPRESTAMOS OPERATES AS AN INDEPENDENT AND IMPARTIAL COMPARATOR, WITHOUT ADVISING ON THE AVAILABLE PRODUCTS OR WHICH BEST FIT THE USER’S PROFILE, SINCE THE OFFER WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE FINANCIAL ENTITY THAT IS INDICATED.

Nor will it be responsible for any contingencies or damages that may arise in the relationship that the borrower maintains with the entities providing the service during the term of the contract signed with them, nor after its termination.
